We do grant discounts for:

Conditions:
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 14 - 60 days before date of arrival, – guest forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation +60 days before date of arrival – guest will be refunded the full deposit
Cancellation 0-14 days before date of arrival or no-show – guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation
HOWEVER:
Should a Cancellation be because of Covid-19 and you can't travel, we will give you 2 years to move your reservation to another date.
A 5% admin-fee will always be charged !
However, should Acra Retreat still be able to get a reservation for the cancelled room(s), we could (but don't have to) refund the cancellation fee !!
